Kristian founded Leuthold Liegenschaften AG. Since 2007 his company has completed more than 200 real estate transactions (brokerage, development and mezzanine finance) in excess of CHF 500 mn in Switzerland. Before starting a real estate brokerage company immosale AG and Leuthold Liegenschaften AG he worked for UBS Investment Bank as a derivative specialist within equity structured products. He graduated from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
